Colon Hydrotherapy

Feel younger, thinner, smarter in under an hour.

Also known as high colonic, colonic or colon irrigation, these are all similar processes that hydrate the bowel (large intestine) by gently administering warm filtered water and repeating a soaking and rinsing process for 45-60 minutes. The result is increased internal cellular hydration and loosening and removing stagnant waste that may have accumulated over time. The therapy is very safe, comfortable and effective. 99% of people feel amazing afterward. A small percentage of people feel tired or experience detox symptoms as a result of the “awakening” that happens when dry toxic matter becomes hydrated and starts to dislodge. Many experience unprecedented energy, mental clarity, optimism along with weight-loss, reduced bloating and glowing skin.

Lymphatic drainage and body contouring

How to keep and care for your body of water.

Humans (and all mammals) are water-based beings. Our cells eliminate their wastes into the interstitial fluid, which becomes part of the lymphatic fluid. We have 3-4 times more lymph fluid than we have blood and it is just as vitally important to keep it clean and circulating. When lymph fluid becomes thick from dehydration and debris it stops moving and cannot properly rinse our cells and sweep away the trash. Our cell quality suffers, our immune function is compromised and our body feels inflamed and puffy. Thick stagnant lymphatic fluid looks like cellulite, and/or solid and tender bloating around the abdomen and bra line. Electro-lymphatic therapy uses light, heat, sound, electrical pulses and noble gases such as ozone to soften and break up stagnation in the lymph fluid and surrounding fascia. This therapy is cozy and comfortable and you may even be a little smaller afterward. Zero-compression Medi-cupping uses a light suction to lift and release adhesions and stuck tissue resulting in less tension, pain and a smoother skin surface.

Infrared sauna therapy

As satisfying as wringing out a towel.

Sweating is a natural way to heal and enhance the health of the body while invisible infrared rays heal gut and skin and assist in muscle repair. Infrared heat is anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial and creates a fever-like immunity response.

Burns up to 600 calories per session while sweating out chemicals and excess water from muscles.

Far infrared rays penetrate the skin reaching deep into the subcutaneous tissue where it heats the body from the inside out, which can also lead to an increased heart rate, resulting in the same elevated heart rate you experience when exercising. The core temperature rises resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at a cellular level, while possibly burning up-to 600 calories a session. This thermal treatment helps to eliminate toxins, increases metabolism, reduces cellulite, and stimulates blood and oxygen flow.

Infrared wavelengths are very healing to the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles, improving the overall skin tone and muscle tone. Noticeable effects are reported on pain relief, weight control, skin stimulation, and stress reduction due to an increased blood circulation.

Infrared heat waves reach the core of the body directly without having to heat the intervening air inside the sauna so lower a temperature setting scan be used to achieve results in short sessions starting from 25 to 30 minutes. With this system, breathing is more comfortable and the atmosphere inside the sauna is more enjoyable than in conventional saunas. There are reports that up to 80% of sweat from infrared heat contains heavy metals and other toxic fluids in addition to extra water, this is an increase of detoxification over sweat in traditional saunas.

Most people report feeling amazing and energized after an infrared sauna treatment.
